Basshouse Competition: Win a £25 iTunes Gift Card

At Guitar Jar, we love nothing more than to give away as many guitar and music related items as possible. We’re pleased to offer the opportunity for Guitar Jar readers and Hope FM listeners to win a £25 iTunes Gift Card!

Listen to Basshouse on Hope FMGuitar Jar has teamed up with Basshouse – a weekly dance orientated radio show on Bournemouth’s community radio station, Hope FM. The joy of playing the guitar means that you’re not strictly tied down to any one particular genre or style. Many guitarists have crossed the bridge into alternative dance genres with acts such as The Prodigy, Pendulum & Faithless all featuring highly talented guitarists who bridge the gap between classic rock n’ roll and dance genres.

So how can I win this prize?!

For this competition, Guitar Jar is running a caption competition! Below is a photo of Prodigy front-man Keith Flint and all you need to do is submit your caption comment by completing the comments form below. You can enter as many times as you like and the funnier the entry, the better! Please keep your caption competition entrees clean please! 😉

About Hope FM & Basshouse…
Broadcasting on 90.1FM in Bournemouth, Poole & surrounding areas in the UK and streaming live around the world. Hope FM aims to offer a mixture of positive and uplifting music and chat, highlighting all that is relevant to our local community. Hope FM operates in partnership with Bournemouth YMCA and are staffed by only a handful of employees and a talented army of volunteers who give of their time and skills freely to keep our message on air.

Basshouse on Hope FM takes place every Friday evening between 9-11pm and mixes the latest in Trance, Drum n Bass, House, Electro, & Hardcore, with a few old-skool classics thrown in for good measure.  Every now and again, DJ Brian Oliver and his team throw in some of the filthiest, dirtiest dance tracks that feature some fantastic guitar playing and samples.

If you live in the Bournemouth area, you can listen to Basshouse on 90.1 FM or you can listen live via the Internet by going to www.hopefm.com every Friday between 9-11pm.
