Hufschmid Plectrum HufGlow Pointer Review

Hufschmid Plectrum HufGlow Pointer Review

In June 2012 I was looking for a plectrum that was durable and and could handle gig after gig and not crumble under the attack on none stop riffing on my bass.

The craftsmanship in these are excellent

I came across Hufschmid Guitars on Facebook and boy was I impressed by the sexy looking handmade (not machine pressed) plectrums.

Features:

The HufGlow Pointer is 3mm thick and perfectly symmetrical so it dosnt matter which way around its pointing.

Now the glow on this baby is phenomenal. To activate it, all you have to do is shine an artificial light or even sunlight as this will make this glow for hours – its about 10 times brighter and longer glowing than any plectrum I’ve come across to date.

Ease of use:

Perfectly shaped and sized and has a non slip feel to it great for being on stage for an hour and it not slipping out of those sweaty fingers.

Sound Quality:

N/A

Reliability:

Super strong acrylic. I’ve been playing mine now for 5 months and there is no wear or tear.

Overall Rating:

I cant rate these plectrums high enough.

The craftsmanship in these are excellent – if you want a plectrum that not only looks good but will last and eternity then I suggest these plectums. They are worth every penny and man hours they take to hand make.
