Fender 50th Anniversary ’57 Stratocaster Review

I own 3 electric guitars and play rhythm in a Classic rock band.

Since my lead player uses only Les Paul’s I decided to buy a Strat so that we played with different sounds.

…Love, Love, Love it!…

Fender 50th Anniversary '57 StratocasterI bought a 50th Anniversary ’57 Strat and now I rarely touch either of my Gibson’s except for practice.

The Strat, played through a 30 watt Eggnater gives me some great tones that mesh well with the Les Paul. Plus the Strat plays so silky smooth it just feels so good to play it.

Features:

My Strat is blonde with gold hardware. I think it looks gorgeous! The only change I made was to have a 5 way switch put in so that I can get some good tones for Classic Rock.

Ease of use:

The guitar plays like a dream. I use .010’s and love the feel of the neck.

Sound Quality:

It’s an American made, Custom Shop Strat! Enough said!

Reliability:

So far, so good!

Overall Rating:

Love, Love, Love it!
