Jackson DK2M Electric Guitar Review

When I was looking for my first good quality guitar I was looking at Epiphones and other guitars in the $300 mark – this caught my eye mainly because the maple made it stand out.

…I will never get rid of this guitar…

Features:

  • Seymour Duncan pickups
  • Jackson’s own low pro Floyd bridge
  • Maple fret board
  • Made in Japan

Ease of use:

Apart from the Floyd legendary pain in the *** it is a very simple 1 vol, 1 tone 3 way switch set up.

It is very comfortable with plenty of contour and is very light.

Sound Quality:

The sound is great for just about any gene of music.

Reliability:

Has not failed me yet.

Overall Rating:

I will never get rid of this guitar – it is a shame that they are no longer in production.
