Fender Stratocaster (American) – Guitar Review

I’ve wanted a Strat, as I believe it to be an ‘all round’ guitar to play Rock, Blues, Pop and even Jazz.

…great to play looks and feels amazing…

Previously I had a Gibson Les Paul many years ago and latterly a Yamaha Pacifica, Ibanez AF75 and I use an Aria TA40 Pro 11.

Features:

I’ve changed the standard single coil pick-ups to neck & middle positions Fender Noiseless for the jazzy stuff and a Seymour Duncan JBJ on the bridge position for a rockier sound.

Ease of use:

Great to play looks and feels amazing.

Sound Quality:

Good variety of sounds, with use of tone controls and pick up selection.

Reliability:

This Strat is 12 years old and I have had it for 3 years and it has been 100% reliable.

Overall Rating:

Excellent, no complaints.
